At Zal, we stand by the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:
Returns
● Accepted within 7 days of delivery (delivery date = the date shown in courier tracking).
● Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with tags attached and uncut, along with any packaging or accessories.
● Returns are only accepted for faulty or incorrect items. A replacement will be provided for an item of equal or higher value.
● Customers cover the return courier cost using a traceable service.
● Requests without an order number, photos of the issue, and courier tracking may be delayed.
● Processing time: 7–10 working days after the return is received and inspected. Exchanges
● Accepted within 7 days of delivery, under the same conditions.
● Customers cover the return shipping; Zal covers the cost of sending the replacement.
● Requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
● Each item may be exchanged once only. Cancellations
● Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (dispatch = courier pickup with active tracking).
● Once dispatched, standard return and exchange rules apply. Notes
● Sale items are final - no returns or exchanges.
● Returns showing wear, missing tags, or unreported defects will not be accepted.
● Zal reserves the right to refuse requests in cases of misuse or repeated abuse. Thank you for being part of Zal.
