At Zal, we stand by the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it: 

Returns

Accepted within 7 days of delivery (delivery date = the date shown in courier  tracking). 
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with tags attached and uncut, along with any packaging or accessories. 
Returns are only accepted for faulty or incorrect items. A replacement will be provided for an item of equal or higher value. 
Customers cover the return courier cost using a traceable service. 
Requests without an order number, photos of the issue, and courier tracking may be delayed. 
Processing time: 7–10 working days after the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges 

Accepted within 7 days of delivery, under the same conditions. 
Customers cover the return shipping; Zal covers the cost of sending the replacement. 
Requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted. 
Each item may be exchanged once only. 

Cancellations 

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (dispatch = courier pickup with active tracking). 
Once dispatched, standard return and exchange rules apply. 

Notes 

Sale items are final - no returns or exchanges. 
Returns showing wear, missing tags, or unreported defects will not be accepted. 
Zal reserves the right to refuse requests in cases of misuse or repeated abuse.
