Delivery Time 
● Lahore: 3–4 working days. 
● Other cities: 5–7 working days. 
● During sales or holidays, delivery may take longer than usual. Shipping Charges 
● A flat rate of PKR 200 applies nationwide. 
● Orders above PKR 5,000 qualify for free shipping. 
● For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above PKR 20,000, a partial advance may be required. 

Order Confirmation

 ● Zal reserves the right to confirm COD orders by call or message before dispatch. 
● Unconfirmed orders may be delayed or cancelled. Tracking 
● Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order. 
● Dispatched means the order has been handed over to the courier with active tracking. Missed Deliveries 
● If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt again. 
● After repeated failed attempts, the order will be returned to Zal. Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges. 

Coverage 

● We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. 
● International shipping is not available at this time. Notes

● Zal is not responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
