Shipping & Deliveries

Delivery Time 

• Lahore: 3–4 working days. 
• Other cities: 5–7 working days. 
• During sales or holidays, delivery may take longer than usual.

Shipping Charges 

• A flat rate of PKR 250 applies nationwide. 
• Orders above PKR 6,000 qualify for free shipping. 
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders above PKR 15,000, a partial advance may be required.

Order Confirmation

• Zal reserves the right to confirm COD orders by call or message before dispatch. 
• Unconfirmed orders may be delayed or cancelled.

Tracking 

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order. 
• Dispatched means the order has been handed over to the courier with active tracking.

Missed Deliveries 

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt again. 
• After repeated failed attempts, the order will be returned to Zal. Re-delivery may require additional shipping charges. 

Coverage 

• We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. 
• International shipping is not available at this time.
