When will my order arrive?

Orders within Lahore are delivered in 3–4 working days. For other cities, delivery takes 5–7 working days. During holidays or sales, timelines may extend slightly.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Refunds are only offered if the item is damaged or incorrect.

I received the wrong item what now?

If your order is incorrect or damaged, let us know right away. We’ll fix it.

My order hasn’t arrived - what should I do?

Check your tracking details first. If it’s delayed beyond the usual timeframe, contact us and we’ll assist.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Yes - a flat PKR 250 applies nationwide. Orders above PKR 6,000 ship free

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Online payment options are coming soon.
