By shopping at Zal, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order. Information About the Website and Products We try to make sure all product details, descriptions, and prices on our website are accurate. Slight variations in color or fit may occur due to display settings, lighting, or fabric differences. All goods are subject to availability, and delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. 

Shopping online means: 
● Colors may appear differently depending on your device. 
● Sizes and measurements are approximate. 
● Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. 
You are responsible for ensuring your login details and account information remain confidential. 

Purchasing Goods Online

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. You will receive an order acknowledgement email confirming that your order has been received. This is not acceptance of your order. 

Your order is accepted, and a binding contract is formed, only when we dispatch the item(s) and send you a dispatch email with tracking details. Zal reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any stage if stock runs out, payment cannot be verified, or shipping is not possible. 

Pricing and Payment 

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees. Zal reserves the right to change prices at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, Zal may cancel the order before dispatch. 

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders above PKR 20,000, a partial advance may be required. Zal may also request advance payment or order confirmation for any order at its discretion. 

Delivery 

Delivery timelines, charges, and conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms. Delays caused by incorrect details or customer unavailability are not Zal’s responsibility. 

Returns and Exchanges 

Our Return & Exchange Policy outlines when and how items may be returned or exchanged. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.  Liability  Zal’s liability is limited to the value of the item purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, inconvenience, or business disruption.

Intellectual Property 

All content on wearzal.com, including designs, logos, text, and images, belongs to Zal.  You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written consent.  Governing Law 
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled 
exclusively by the courts in Lahore.
